Harold is a process engineer with over 30 years of corporate experience in the mineral industry specializing in finance, marketing, business development and general corporate operations. Previously, Mr Harold was managing director of Panorámica Resources Ltd, which he co-founded in 2001. Harold has extensive experience in feasibility studies, financing, development, operation and marketing of base metals mining projects.

Mr. La Ferla is a company director with over 30 years of experience. He has held senior management roles in a number of Australian law firms and held various board positions in listed companies, listed companies and not-for-profit organisations. Over the past three years, he has held positions with Veris Ltd (October 2011-November 2019), Threat Protect Australia Ltd (September 2015-September 2021), BNK Banking Corporation Ltd (November 2015-November 2019) and Sandfire Resources Ltd (November 2015 to August 2019). May 2010 to July 2022).

Hallam has operational and management experience in the financing, development and operation of gold and base metals in Australia. Hallam has technical, managerial and financial experience across commodities, including copper, nickel, tin, gold and iron ore, and has held numerous senior and executive positions in the resources industry.

Mr. Muccilli is also a member of the risk committee.

Hildebrand is a corporate finance and investment professional with extensive experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions as well as project finance and development in the natural resource sectors. Hildebrand currently manages an investment fund that invests in various sectors, including natural resources. Hildebrand is also a member of the risk committee.
